Interactive Wand Experience

Universal Creative (2013—2016)

Design of overall guest experience in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hogsmeade at Universal Studios Hollywood, including creative direction of spells used, magical effects, and locations to cast spells. In collaboration with the art director, designed the look and guest experience for four new magical effects. Also managed the design, fabrication, and installation of 70+ other animated effects within the themed land and attractions.

Developed personalities, interactions, and dialogue for two brand new characters that engage with guests through branching narratives and tasks in a highly themed land. Show Writing deliverables include: Creative treatments, character descriptions, Beat Lists, Scripts, Sample Interactions, and Interaction Flow Charts.

Murder at the Atlantic Center

Stetson University & Atlantic Center for the Arts (2019—2020)

Conceived, developed, wrote, produced, and directed original narrative concept:

A short story, immersive theatre script, and explorable production that was inspired by and performed at the Atlantic Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Lyric Theatre of San Jose (2013)

Design and art direction of furnished theatre sets. Fabricator and painter of scenic show elements. Creative management of scenic fabrication and paint crews. Management of build schedule, scenic budget, re-purposing of scenic inventory and purchase of scenic materials.

Stanford Savoyards (2011—2014)

Design and art direction of 50'​ wide furnished theatre sets. Designer and fabricator of show elements: scenic, props, lighting, and special effects. Creative management of scenic fabrication and paint crews. Graphic designer, copywriter, and editor for programs. Management of build schedule, scenic budget, re-purposing of scenic inventory, purchase of construction materials, scenic fabrication, theatre load-in and technical rehearsals.

Camp Fimfo Waco (2022-2023)

Interactive design, script writing, print & media creation, and prop fabrication for themed Interactive fake payphone and outdoor scavenger hunt experience. Campers explore the resort, hear messages from characters, and relive the fun of a classic pay phone.

Connected Scavenger Hunt

Young Innovators Academy (2021-2023)

Creative direction, writing, game design, print & media creation, and prop fabrication for themed, educational Interactive outdoor scavenger hunts for 60 children ages 5-11. Each child received a token and a physical journal to guide them to eight different stations for special assignments. After solving puzzles, completing activities, and collecting all the secret letters, the children put them together to reveal a surprise.
